IJF Engineering Ltd has been providing precision engineering to the UK for more than 30 years. We produce bespoke solutions for automation projects and any general engineering requirements. From consultation, we will take your ideas and design, develop, manufacture and assemble them, providing you with a complete service to bring your ideas to reality. With an in house machine shop and assembly unit, we are able to manufacture and assemble everything on site allowing for a smooth and quick process.
Utilizing the latest CNC technology and our well equipped machine shop, we are also able to manufacture bespoke precision engineering components from engineering drawings, 3D models or physical samples. Both for bespoke and batch production.
We also boast a rapid response time to mechanical breakdown situations, with the ability to reproduce or repair components to reduce any production downtime.
Our main services
Bespoke machine design and installation
Design, develop, manufacture and assemble your machine concept internally. Then install and commission on site.
Engineering component manufacture
Manufacture components or assemblies from engineering drawings or samples. We can also come to site to produce our own engineering drawing if needed.
Breakdown Repair
We'll manufacture or assemble components under time constraint in order to reduce any of your unwanted machine downtime.
Fabrication
Welding and fabrication assemblies of all sizes. We can provide powder coating or wet paint coat to finish.
