1. Initial Consultation:
We begin by meeting with you to understand your requirements, challenges, and any initial ideas. This stage is focused on defining what the machine needs to achieve and how it will integrate into your existing setup.
2. Concept & Quotation:
Following this, we develop a detailed quotation supported by an illustrative drawing. This allows you to clearly visualise the proposed solution and ensures alignment before moving forward.
3. Design & Development:
Once the project is approved, we move into full design. The machine is modelled in detail, with functionality, layout, and operation carefully considered. We typically review this stage with you to gather feedback and refine the design where needed.
4. Manufacture & Assembly:
All components are manufactured and assembled in-house. The machine is fully built and tested at our facility to ensure it performs as expected before delivery.
5. Factory Acceptance:
You’ll be invited to inspect and test the machine at our site. This gives you the opportunity to review functionality, confirm requirements are met, and ensure everything is operating correctly.
6. Installation & Commissioning:
Following approval, the machine is carefully disassembled, delivered, and reassembled on-site. We carry out full testing and commissioning to ensure smooth integration into your operation.
7. Training & Handover:
We provide operator training and guidance to ensure your team can confidently use and maintain the equipment from day one.
