Our CNC milling service is focused on producing accurate, reliable components for a wide range of applications, from one-off parts and prototypes through to repeat batch work.
We use 4-axis CNC milling to machine complex geometries and detailed features, including techniques such as spiral and rotary milling where required, supported by conventional milling for larger or non-standard components that fall outside typical CNC capacity. This allows us to take a practical approach to each job, selecting the most suitable method based on the part, material and required outcome.
We work from both 2D drawings and 3D CAD models, including STEP files, allowing for efficient programming and accurate reproduction of components. Whether you’re supplying finished designs or developing a part, we can support the process from initial concept through to manufacture.
Our CNC milling capacity includes both 4-axis machining and conventional milling, allowing us to handle a wide range of component sizes and requirements. Detailed capacity information, including maximum dimensions and tolerances, is provided in the technical guidance section below.
